In connection with the reconstruction of the Kleinpolderplein intersection, Observatorium proposes turning the motorway complex into a park. Two added flyover for pedestrians and cyclists marks this transition (in collaboration with Annemieke Diekman landscape architects). The spaghetti junction will last for some 15 years. The flyovers will then be accessible.
The space under the flyovers will be used for water retention and will look like the landscape BC (before the car)
